Order Processing Time                                                                                                  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.        • We do not process orders on Sundays; orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.                                                                                       
2.  Shipping Time & Destinations                                                                                  We currently ship to North American countries such as the United States and Canada, major European regions, as well as Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asian countries (excluding areas with import restrictions on toy blasters). Shipping times vary by location:                                                                                                               • North America (the United States & Canada): 5-12 business days (Standard Shipping)                                                                                                                          • Japan, South Korea & Southeast Asian Countries: 7-15 business days (Standard Shipping)                                                                                                                          • Major European Regions: 8-18 business days (Standard Shipping) Note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be delayed due to customs clearance or unforeseen logistics issues. For Canada, shipments are subject to local regulations on replica weapons, and customs inspection may extend the delivery time.

4. Customs & Import Regulations                                                                                    • Gel blasters and toy guns are classified as toys (not real firearms) and comply with international shipping standards. JIABUJIA Toys strictly adheres to the import laws and regulations of the destination country/region, including the United States.         • JIABUJIA Toys is not liable for any customs delays, duties, or related fees incurred during the import process. However, we will actively cooperate with customers to resolve any transportation-related issues encountered.                                                 • Please confirm the relevant local laws and regulations before placing an order to ensure compliance with import requirements.                                                                      
5.  Order Tracking                                                                                                               • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the order is shipped. You can track your package status via the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.                                                                                                                             • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after payment confirmation, please contact our support team at [your email address].                       
6.
