1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your gel blaster/toy gun must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories (e.g., safety goggles, batteries, manual) included.
• Customized products, opened or damaged items due to improper use, and products without original packaging are not eligible for return.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item shipped by us, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a prepaid shipping label to your email.
• If the return is for a change of mind or personal preference, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Return shipments must comply with international shipping regulations for toy guns; any customs fees incurred during return are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 2-3 business days), we will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Exchanges
• We only offer exchanges for items with manufacturing defects or wrong shipments. Exchanges are limited to the same product model; we do not offer exchanges for different models or sizes (if applicable).
